London to Paris Bike Ride
24 - 27 June
Spend three days cycling from London to Paris and raise money for the Foundation. The ride will take you through the beautiful English countryside, via stunning French vineyards and picturesque villages, before arriving, as the Tour de France winners do, for a celebratory finish at the Arc de Triomphe.

Ride the Tortour
19 - 22 August
Enter one of the most demanding and rewarding cycle challenges of 2010. The Tortour is a 1000km non-stop team cycle race around the Swiss borders. Each rider in a team of six takes their turn on the road to complete a stage and then the whole team join together for team stages and the team time trial.

Climb Mount Kilimanjaro
3 - 14 December
A once in a life time opportunity to summit the highest mountain in Africa (5895m) in the company of tennis legend Martina Navratilova, Paralympic cycling champion Michael Teuber and Everest veteran Deshun Deysel. Spend 10 days trekking on the mountain, climbing to the peak via the scenic Rongai route. On this trip you will also have the opportunity to visit MYSA, a Laureus-supported project with two Nobel Peace Prize nominations.
