Riccardo Pittis competed at the highest level of European basketball for two decades, representing two Italian teams: Olimpia Milano and Benetton Treviso. Standing at 2.03 meters tall, Riccardo’s nickname during his time at Olimpia Milano was known as ‘Acciughino’ for his distinguished thin frame. With Olimpia he won the Euroleague twice in 1987 and 1988 as well as the Korać Cup in 1993.
