In January this year, Poland’s Kamil Stoch wrote his name into the ski jumping history books by becoming only the second man to win all four events of the Four Hill Tournament since German Sven Hannawald achieved the feat in 2002.

Sven, a legend of the sport, was working with a broadcaster at the event in Bischofshofen, Austria, and when he witnessed history, he left the studio and embarked on a special act of sportsmanship and respect. He fought his way down to hug Kamil, gave him a ‘thumbs up’ and encouraged the 20,000 fans in attendance to recognise the new legend of the sport. "This is an amazing moment for me and also all of my team and coaches, I'm just so surprised, happy and tired, it means so much,” said Kamil.

"Welcome to the exclusive club. Before I could only to talk to myself but now I can talk to you,” replied Sven, in an iconic moment in the history of the sport of ski jumping.
