Had an incredibly successful year, rising from world No. 3 to No.1 in the individual BC4 and helping Hong Kong to do the same in the BC4 pairs. He was last ranked world No.1 in 2009. Contributing to his world beating status in boccia, the sport which is related to bowls and petanque, Leung has finished in the medals in all four World Open competitions he has competed in, including an individual gold medal in Seoul and in the pairs in Cali. At the 2015 Boccia Asia and Oceania Team and Pairs Championships, he also won bronze in the pairs in front of a home crowd.
