American Football quarter-back Brett Favre came out of retirement for the second time in 2009 when he signed with Minnesota Vikings in August.
One month later he created a NFL record with his 271st consecutive start as quarter-back with Minnesota Vikings overtaking the mark of Jim Marshall.
Favre is widely considered to be one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. He holds many NFL records including most career touchdown passes, most career passing yards, most career pass completions, most career pass attempts, mosr career interceptions thrown, most consecutive starts and most victories as a starting quarter-back.
