A Ganar

A Ganar is a programme that develops young people’s employability skills to create active members of society and in the workplace.

It is estimated that one in every two youngsters aged 13–23 in Latin America and the Caribbean 
is not in education.
Nearly one in every five youngsters aged 15–24 is unemployed. Amidst an employment crisis, Argentina’s government have identified it as one of the country’s biggest concerns. 
 
A Ganar is a programme that develops young people’s employability skills to create active members of society and in the workplace. The Argentine programme is a successful expansion of the A Ganar project started in the Caribbean, which has grown to reach over 14,000 youths in 19 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
