Cheshire Foundation Action For Inclusion

The Cheshire Foundation Action for Inclusion works to minimise the incidence of disability and improve the lives of children and adults with disabilities.

According to the World Bank and World Health Organisation, there are over 15 million children and adults living with disabilities in Ethiopia. Many people with disabilities live in urban and rural settings where they resort to begging or receiving support from family members.

Set up in 1985, the Cheshire Foundation Action for Inclusion works to minimise the incidence of disability and improve the lives of children and adults with disabilities. In order to facilitate inclusion, the organisation uses athletics, table tennis, chase and darts to encourage children with and without disabilities to play together.
