In the Cologne-based project COOLE PÄNZ, participants learn the art of reflection instead of aggression. The programme’s training combines methods of various martial arts and judo, and enables children who display behavioural problems to reduce aggressiveness and reflect on their actions.
Simultaneously, this method teaches children a nonviolent approach to resolving conflicts. The children’s parents are also involved in this learning process.
