Our mission is focused on uniting girls through soccer to lead community change. Our core values are: Sisterhood, Individuality, Courage and Growth. The organisation envisions creating a world where every girl can make a difference, no matter where they are. Our core programming areas include: Leadership Summits These serve as a unique platform bringing girls from diverse backgrounds together to learn how to be better leaders on and off the pitch.

Our Leadership Summits are held in person and virtually, focusing on inspiring girls to be stronger leaders in their community. We Are The Change Projects Each young girl chooses an area in her community that she will affect as a leader, adopting a project large or small that will positively impact her world. The girls work together in teams to bring the change they want to see in their community.

The Young Leaders Academy Offers carefully selected emerging female leaders with weekly leadership development, life skills and soccer training, with the focus of empowering girls to lead community change whilst serving as role models in their community and inspiring the younger generations. Goals For Girls NPO is an affiliate of Goals for Girls Inc, a US Non-Profit Organisation.
