Active Communities Network use sport to develop pathways for young people to succeed and transition into adulthood.

Their grass-roots projects are targeted in the heart of communities blighted by socioeconomic deprivation. They build young people’s skills, improve confidence and self-esteem, broaden their horizons and raise ambitions to ensure they can succeed into employment, education and training.

Laureus support them in London, Manchester, Belfast and Portsmouth. Alongside this we help them deliver training to a wide array of organisations to maximise sport as a tool for social change.
