The Contact Club helps young people and families in underserved neighborhoods of central Marseille. Each year, more than 500 young people between 12- and 25-years-old access the club and its activities. The Community Empowerment Program Grant will support their Police-Youth Program. The project is building on an existing initiative focused on police and community relations by using sport to bring young people from the city center of Marseille together with police. Police will run a variety of workshops and skills training for young people focused on education and professional outcomes.
