Laureus supports an Artistic Gymnastics club in Milan for 13 girls between the ages of 7 and 10 years old.

Artistic gymnastics allows these girls to become familiar with their body in motion, measure its flexibility, teaching them the importance of concentration and therefore the satisfaction in being able to perform free body movements or with the aid of tools.

Artistic gymnastics is a sport that requires a lot of discipline and that allows you to experience the body and your loves, overcoming the fear of performing an evolution in jumping, so that our girls learn that with determination, trusting their teachers, they can achieve great targets

Artistic gymnastics is a discipline of gymnastics in which athletes perform short routines (ranging from about 30 to 90 seconds) on different apparatuses, with less time for vaulting. The sport is governed by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG), which designs the code of points and regulates all aspects of international elite competition. Within individual countries, gymnastics is regulated by national federations, such as Gymnastics Canada, British Gymnastics, and USA Gymnastics. Artistic gymnastics is a popular spectator sport at many competitions, including the Summer Olympic Games.
