Since 2005, Field of Dreams Academy has provided and fostered a learning environment for students to excel in amateur sports and academics. Programme participants also gain invaluable experience and give back to their communities by volunteering their time and talent.
With Laureus’ support, Field of Dreams Academy aims to create a community where sport can improve the quality of life for everyone in Atlanta’s Westside neighborhoods. Field of Dreams Academy plans to create a multi-sports league program for youth to enjoy a safe environment while maximizing their individual skills. The league will be framed by a community philosophy that promotes the spirit of good sportsmanship and teamwork.
