FAIR.STÄRKEN is dedicated to promoting civil courage, violence prevention and democratic values.Its Laureus-supported Cool Kids Cologne programme targets children from disadvantaged backgrounds in Cologne and uses sport and physical activity in social training to promote social skills such as self-confidence, non-violent communication and emotional self-regulation. The organisation is part of the Laureus-led Ich spreche Chancen programme, which is co-funded by the European Union to support the language development and social inclusion of children from third countries.
