With more than 200 DTM races under his belt, Manuel Reuter is one of the most successful touring car drivers in Germany. In 1989 and 1996 he won the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans and what’s more, he came first in the 24 hour race at the 2003 Nürburgring. The highlight of his career was in 1996 when he won the Le Mans 24 Hours for the second time and in the same year, in addition to three victories and six further podium places, he won the ITC championship in an Opel Calibra V6.

Manuel Reuter began racing in 1970 and kicked-off his touring car career in 1985. With more than 200 DTM races under hi sbelt, Manuel Reuter is one of the most successful touring car drivers in Germany. During his time as a professional racer, he drove cars from famous brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Opel. In 1989 and 1996 he won the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans and he also won the 24 Hour race at the 2003 Nürburgring, two of the most popular races in motorsport history. He finished his motorsport career in 2006 after 36 years. After his driving career, Manuel Reuters started to compete in Triathlons.

Now not only is he a great in the motorsports world, he is also well-known for his achievements in endurance racing. He won the European Championship Ironman Wiesbaden 70.3 and became the European Champion in his age group. He was also part of the triathlon team “Sport for Good” and raised money for Laureus. Manuel has also worked as a special guest commentator for motorsport events and since 2019 he has become the Motorsport Director of the ADAC GT Masters Champions Team HCB Rutronik Racing.
