Game On - a new digital series celebrating the power of sport - launches

Sport has the power to bring people together, celebrate talent and teach us something about ourselves. Increasingly, it's also becoming a platform for something bigger.
From gender to ability and income, for some the conversation around access to sport continues to evolve. Game On is an online branded content series, exploring how some see sport serving as a positive model of society and a catalyst for social change.
Through personal stories from around the world, Game On examines how sport can inspire progress, challenge barriers and help strengthen communities. Presented by Laureus Sport for Good and produced by BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions, this digitally-led feature series showcases branded films and articles that aim to demonstrate resilience, ambition and collective action across the globe.

From ghost fishing nets turned into football goals in Curaçao, to a golfing journey that sets a young Atlanta player on the path to college, Game On finds sport inspiring work far beyond the pitch.
Beneath a bridge in Paris, a dancer who'd lost his connection to movement rediscovers it in a workshop built on the idea that there is no right or wrong way to move.
In London, a powerful partnership is challenging the stigma around periods; in California, runners are turning their love of trails into hands-on conservation work, protecting the public lands that make their sport possible.
Elsewhere, more inclusive football teams are working to create a sense of belonging for neurodivergent children, and improved facilities are opening golf to more women than ever before.
Together, these stories show how sport can bring people together and the ways it can promote inclusivity, resilience, and collaboration. Game On brings together athletes, organisations, and communities harnessing the power of sport to make an impact, each one showing sport's far-reaching potential to drive meaningful change around the globe.
