Jens Lehmann: The Game

Laureus Ambassador Jens Lehmann will invite world champions, European champions and Champions League winners to join him in a charity exhibition match at Stuttgart’s Mercedes-Benz Arena on
October 9, 2016.

The charity match, ‘The Game’, will be played to benefit the work Laureus Sport for Good does around the world.

The former Germany and Arsenal and VfB Stuttgart goalkeeping legend plans to assemble two teams comprising of top players from the Bundesliga and the Premier League. "Throughout my career I have supported various charities. The Laureus Sport for Good Foundation is an organisation that inspires me more every day. I invited colleagues from around the football world to support me in this endeavor.

Hopefully we’ll be playing in front of a packed Mercedes-Benz Arena," said Lehmann.
