Laureus Sport for Good to support new digital series celebrating the power of sport

Laureus Sport for Good x BBC StoryWorks
Laureus Sport for Good is delighted to announce their support of a new branded content series produced by BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions.
Set to launch in spring 2026, it will aim to showcase the people and programmes harnessing the transformative power of sport to inspire action, break down barriers and build stronger communities around the world.

Laureus Sport for Good will be advising on thematic development as well as showcasing the finished series. This new series will explore how the vital energy of sports can be channelled for more diverse benefits, tapping into Laureus’ global network and expertise for stories and insight. It will ask: how can sport transcend competition and become a greater force for good?

For organisations keen to be featured in the series, Laureus Sport for Good welcomes expressions of interest in commissioning a piece that tells a compelling story aligned with one or multiple of the below key themes:

  • Levelling the field: how can sport become more equitable, while creating more equitable societies?
  • Beyond the stadium: how can sport be used as a better tool for employment, education and broader community cohesion?
  • Sport making moves: what role can better access to sport play in improving physical, social and mental health?
A selection of organisations then be invited to discuss engaging BBC StoryWorks’ creative teams to produce a vivid branded piece of content for the series, which will require a fee determined by production variables. Please express your interest by completing this short form or by emailing Kemlo Rose, Series Lead at BBC StoryWorks ([email protected] before 19th December 2025.

Hosted on BBC.com and supported on Laureus platforms, the series will be supported with a multi-platform digital campaign to engage relevant audiences among the platform’s monthly audience of 165 million, amplified by Laureus Sport for Good. Partners will also be able to promote the content on their own channels, supported by the BBC StoryWorks and Laureus Sport for Good teams.
