The diminutive Repko, who is just five feet, two inches and weighs a mere 100 pounds, has earned an immense reputation in speed climbing.
During the 2000-2001 season, she won every event, including the speed competition at the European Climbing Championships, with the exception of the 2000 ESPN Summer X Games.
Repko’s Summer X Games blemish was corrected last year when she handily won the 2001 X Games to cement her reputation as the top female speed climber in the world, finishing 2001 officially ranked number one in her sport.
A serious and highly driven athlete, Repko says of her ability to climb even better in the future: "There are no limits for excellence."
