The T12 visually impaired runner established herself as the world’s fastest Paralympian with a clean sweep of 100, 200 and 400 metres gold medals in Rio.  Along the way she rewrote the record books on multiple occasions. In the 100m she lowered the Paralympic record twice on her way to the final where she eventually clocked 11.40 seconds to break her own world record. In the 400m she created a new world record of 52.90 in the semi-finals, before running even faster, with a 51.77, in the final to take gold.
