Operating in the Tacubaya district of Mexico City, TRASO provides a safe space for young people living in a neighbourhood with high levels of poverty and violent crime. TRASO harnesses the power of boxing and martial arts, organising twice weekly sessions followed by professionally-led group therapy for children aged 5-12, and young adults aged 15-24. TRASO is also a delivery partner for Nike México and Laureus Sport for Good initiative Jugamos Juntas: a programme that offers young girls the chance to find and use their voice through sports activities.
