‘Sport has the power to change the world’ – Nelson Mandela, 2000 Laureus World Sports Awards

Tied the record for the earliest Constructors’ Championship win, sealing the title with six Grand Prix weekends to spare at the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix. Amassed nearly double the points of closest rival teams, Mercedes and Ferrari, achieving 14 Grand Prix wins. The young driver pairing of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri pushed each other and the team to glory, each winning seven Grand Prix throughout the season. With Norris winning the Drivers’ World Championship at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, it marked 27 years since McLaren last secured the drivers’ and constructors’ double in 1998, with Mika Häkkinen the champion and David Coulthard third.
