The young driver pairing of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri pushed each other and the team to glory, each winning seven Grand Prix throughout the season. With Norris winning the Drivers’ World Championship at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, it marked 27 years since McLaren last secured the drivers’ and constructors’ double in 1998, with Mika Häkkinen the champion and David Coulthard third.
