Winner of the 2025 Ballon d’Or, after a stellar season for the Paris Saint-Germain side that won the quadruple (Ligue 1; Trophée des Champions; Coupe de France; UEFA Champions League) and finished runners-up at the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup. He was also a member of the France team which reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League. He scored 35 goals and had 16 assists for club and country, including a 4th-minute goal in the Champions League semi-final first leg against Arsenal and a vital goal in the Round of 16 second leg against Liverpool.
