Allyson Felix won two gold medals in 4x100 metres and 4x400 metres relays and a silver in the 400 metres in Rio de Janeiro, which took her career total of Olympic medals to six gold and three silver. She is the only female track athlete to win six Olympic gold medals. A versatile athlete who excels in relays, she has also been a prodigious performer in the World Championships for more than ten years where she has won nine gold medals, three silver and a bronze.
